Position Overview

This On-Call Service and Emergency Plumber role is a great opportunity for extra income while serving customers with excellence during after-hours emergencies. Overtime is available and expected during on-call shifts.

Full time and After-Hours | Nights | Weekends | On-Call Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours plumbing and water treatment emergency calls

• Diagnose issues quickly and provide safe, effective solutions

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with customers during high-stress situations

• Perform emergency repairs, temporary solutions, or system shutdowns when necessary

• Document work accurately and communicate follow-up needs to the daytime team

• Maintain truck inventory and cleanliness

• Represent CGC Home Services with professionalism and integrity at all times

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Apprentice, Journeyman (or equivalent service experience)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

• Excellent customer communication skills

• Commitment to safety, neatness, and quality workmanship

• A "get-it-done" mentality with a heart for serving others
