Key Responsibilities:

Outside sales in homes and businesses

• You sell and run your territory as a business

• Create your own appointments and run company provided appointments

• You track performance, identify gaps, and take extreme ownership of your results.

• You track KPIs like conversion rates, average ticket size, and close rates.

• You optimize and refine sales strategies to increase efficiency and results.

• You are data-driven, not just selling but analyzing why you are winning.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience (plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or similar).

• Strong closer - you know how to handle objections and maximize revenue.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• You own the room maintaining strong eye contact, confidence, and conversation flow.

• You think fast on your feet and can adapt to any situation.

• You're an active listener who can read the customer and adjust accordingly.

A "Get It Done" Mentality

• You do take the initiative. You create momentum, generate opportunities, and find a way to win even when it's tough.

• You are dissatisfied with the status quo and always pushing to be #1.
