Key Responsibilities:

Leading, growing, and turning the wrench for our Plumbing Service Division

• Training, mentoring, and guiding current and new plumbers and technicians

• Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business

• Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market

• Continuing building and leading a high- performance team of plumbers and technicians

• Communicating and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• Years of Experience in the Plumbing service trade

• Certified or licensed plumber (Helpful but not required)

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both external in community and collaborating with teammates

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
