Job Overview:  
Proactively make outbound calls to previous sales estimates that have not yet resulted in a closed sale. Inside sales position.

Day to day as an Inside Sales Rehash specialist

• Proactively initiate outbound calls to re-engage past leads and recover sales opportunities
• Identify customer concerns or barriers that prevented job completion
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clarity and confidence
• Manage follow-up schedules to ensure timely engagement with prospects
• Achieve key performance targets through strategic outreach
• Repeatedly follow up on missed closings with persistence and professionalism
• Treat every lead as an opportunity-bringing tenacity and value to each contact
• Build strong customer rapport by communicating the company's commitment to quality

Are you the Inside Sales Rehash specialist we're looking for?

This position requires a self-motivated and self-disciplined salesperson. Must possess the ability to build rapport quickly, identify barriers, negotiate, handle objections, lead management, build value, and have experience closing over the phone. Experience closing in home is a bonus.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
• Proven negotiation and closing skills
• Previous experience in sales, call centers, or the home improvement industry is required
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-based environment (Commission)
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with unsold leads
• Use scripts and CRM tools to re-engage prospects and close sales
